myABH: Boosting Confidence Through a Holistic Beauty & Wellness Loyalty Program

The Challenge  

The Athens Beverly Hills Medical Group, providing state of the art medical services, needed a suitable loyalty program representing the ultimate experience in luxury and wellness for its exclusive members. Building the program along with a brand-new website, we had to redefine the branding identity and aesthetics of ABH for the upcoming new era. The challenge was to develop a mechanism with two registration flows: one by request at the cashier and one by self-registration through the loyalty program’s dashboard.

The Solution  

We are implementing two different flows of registration. The first flow is initiated by the SAP operator at ABH, who sends the SMS invitation to the customer with a link for registration in 3 simple steps. The second flow is initiated by the interested parties themselves, either they are already customers of ABH or not. When someone will visit the loyalty program dashboard, he will be presented with the option to initiate the registration process by clicking “Register” and creating an account. When he visits ABH later on, he will inform the cashier who will merge the new customer card in SAP with the loyalty account already created.  

The Result  

We are currently working on the implementation of the loyalty program, with special features and a variety of benefits, which is expected to be launched by the end of the year!
