A Loyalty Program Dedicated to the Health and Well-being of Families

The Challenge
IASO, a leading healthcare provider, wanted to create a loyalty program that would resonate with its diverse patient base. The goal was to enhance patient experience by offering personalized healthcare-related rewards and ensuring effective communication through multiple channels. IASO needed a CRM platform that could handle high volumes of sensitive data while enabling seamless interactions across email and SMS, tailored to the needs of different patient groups.
The Solution
Through Mercury, the 360 CRM platform, we integrate patient data and create personalized experiences for each member of myIASO loyalty program. Our platform enabled personalized email workflows, providing the option of offering patients tailored healthcare tips and exclusive offers based on their medical history and preferences. We also implemented a points-based reward system, where patients could earn points for services such as consultations, diagnostics, and wellness programs.
The CRM solution included a site and a mobile app that allows members to track their loyalty points, redeem them into health services, transfer them to friends and family and overall earn their loyalty.
The Results
myIASO loyalty program grew its membership base, with a 3x increase in sign-ups within the first six months. Open and conversion rates (47% and 4,1% respectively) show that the targeted email communication helped the right message reach the right audience. Through the CRM-driven approach, IASO successfully deepened its relationship with patients, creating a strong sense of loyalty and trust.
